Immediate Opening at Barron Elementary for a para-educator in our new Autism Program!

Barron School is looking for one more para-educator for the 2026-2027 School Year working in our new Autism program! If you or someone you know loves working with kids and wants to work in a supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply. No experience is necessary, we will provide all required training.

Para-Educator position details: 

• Hours: 6.5 hours a day (8:15-3:15) 30 min. unpaid lunch.
• School year schedule
• Pay: $19.56/hour. (Earn an additional $1.00/hr for a certification from the NHDOE as a para-educator or teacher. Earn an additional $3.00/hr for an RBT certification.)
• Paid holidays and leave time.
• Work: Assist students in our new Autism program throughout the school day under the supervision of our classroom teacher and a behavior analyst.
