Para-Educator Openings at Barron

Barron School and the Salem School District are looking for a few more para-educators for the 2026-2027 School Year.   If you or someone you know might be interested in working in a team environment, and loves working with kids, we will train you! 

• Para-Educator position details:  
  1. Hours: 6.5 hours a day (8:15-3:15) 30 min. unpaid lunch.
  2. School year schedule
  3. Pay: $19.56/hour.  (Earn an additional $1.00/hr for a certification from the NHDOE as a para-educator or teacher.  Earn an additional $3.00/hr for an RBT certification.)
  4. Paid holidays and leave time.
  5. Work:  This position involves assisting our students and teachers throughout the school day.  No experience needed; we will train you.
