Openings at Barron for the 2026-2027 School Year

We have a few immediate openings at Barron School for the 2026-2027 School Year. If you or someone you know might be interested in working in a team environment, and loves working with kids, we will train you!

• Kindergarten Assistant:  
  • Hours: 6.5 hours per day (8:15-3:15) 
  • Pay:  $19.56/hr.
• Lunch & Recess Assistant & Light Office Duties:
  • Hours:  3 hours per day (Approximately 11:00-2:00) 
  • Pay: $19.04/hr  
• Para-Educator positions:  
  • Hours: 6.5 hours a day (8:15-3:15) 
  • Pay: $19.56/hour.  (Earn an additional $1.00/hr for a certification from the NHDOE as a para-educator or teacher.)
  • Work:  This position involves assisting our students and teachers throughout the school day. 
• Long Term Teacher Substitute Second Grade:  
  • Timeline:   The start of school through November 23rd.  
  • Required:   Must hold a valid NH Teaching License or Statement of Eligibility.  
  • Perfect for an educator looking to get back into teaching, or just starting out.
