Here are our notes for the week: 

• What a fabulous play our 4th and 5th graders put on last night.  It was so great to be able to have it in the PAC at Salem High School.  The kids did an amazing job and their hard work all spring really paid off.   Congratulations!  
  • A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Roy, Mr. Roy, Mrs. Rozumek, Mrs. Blair, Mrs. Casazza, & Mrs. DiChiara for their efforts all spring to get them ready.  
• Next Wednesday, our 5th graders will be facing off against the other 5th grades around Salem at the Annual Dodgeball Tournament at Salem High School.  There is no admission but this is a fundraiser for End 68 Hours of Hunger.  This is a great charity event and a way to introduce our 5th graders to the Middle School Staff.  It is a fun event and we are looking to fill up the donations table.  Come out and support a good cause!
• Lost and Found is once again filling up.  Anything left over April break will be donated.  Please have your child check, or feel free to call in if you are missing items.
• On Tuesday May 5, at 6pm, the music department will have their annual band & strings registration night in the SHS PAC.  This is the primary registration event for the 26-27 school year and the goal is to get NEXT YEAR’S band/strings students signed up at this time. 
• Save the Date for Grandparent’s/ Special Friend's Day which will be Friday, May 22nd.  More information to come.  
• NHSAS testing is starting soon for grades 3, 4, and 5.  Students need corded headphones for the test.  We have plenty here at school, but we know many students like to use their own.   Bluetooth headphones are not allowed unless it is medically necessary.  Information regarding testing dates went home today in your child’s folder and can also be found here:  All testing sessions run from 9:55 AM – 11:55 AM.
