Here are our Notes for the week:

• What an assembly!  Today we held our Raise Craze Assembly which had some fun surprises in store (be sure to ask your student(s)).  We also were able to recap all the great things that happened during the month of November through Raise Craze.  They included:
  1. Donating 60 Thanksgiving meals to End 68 Hours of Hunger and collecting a lot more food and toiletries to donate as well. 
  2. Writing cards to Veterans, community members, and others.
  3. Making toys to donate to local pet shelters.
  4. Completing 4823 Acts of Kindness
  5. Raising a total of $37,909 with the majority of that going right back to our School.  

      What an amazing school community we have!

• As temperatures drop, please make sure students come dressed for outdoor recess. We will go outside most days when the temperature is above 20.  When snow is on the ground, students will need the “Big 5” to play in the snow: hat, gloves, boots, snow pants, and a coat.        Please label all items and send them in a bag that can travel back and forth. 
• The bus company would like us to remind our families that sleds are not safe for travel on the bus and not permitted.        We do always have a few available at the school for students to use.
• Wednesday, December 10th is an Early Release.        Students are dismissed at 1:30.
